Take notice that the Council of the Township of Hamilton will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Township Office at 8285 Majestic Hills Drive to consider proposed application for Zoning By-law Amendment (File Number: ZBA 06/26) that applies to lands located at 4045 Bowman Road,  Part of Lot 18, Concession 6, Hamilton Township, owned by Forty Creek Farms Ltd. (Chris Hoskin).

The Township of Hamilton’s Municipal Clerk has confirmed the results of the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election. The results are available on the Township’s website at hamiltontownship.ca/election-results.

Beginning today, eligible Hamilton Township electors can vote from anywhere online or by telephone. Voting remains open all hours through until 8:00 p.m. on October 26.

Fire Prevention Week™ is October 4 - 10, 2026. “Charge Into Fire Safety™ Safe Charging Is a Superpower” focuses on the everyday charging habits that can help reduce the risk of lithium-ion battery fires and keep homes and communities safer.

The Township of Hamilton is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) with consultants D.M. Wills Associates Limited to explore options for the future of Sackville Bridge, including replacement, rehabilitation, removal or repurposing. A Public Information Centre (PIC) is being held to share information about the study and hear from residents and other interested members of the public.
