Council and Committee of the Whole Meetings

Council and Committee of the Whole meetings are held on different days, giving residents more than one chance to follow local decision-making and have their say. Agendas are posted on the Friday prior to the meeting date.

Committee of the Whole is held on the second Tuesday of each month at 1:00 p.m.
Council meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 1:00 p.m.

Unless otherwise stated, these meetings are open to the public. Make a delegation request to address Council about an agenda item and learn more about opportunities to speak and engage with Council.

Committee of the Whole meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 1:00 p.m.

Council meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 1:00 p.m.

Public Information Centre: Sackville Bridge Municipal Class Environmental Assessment
The Township of Hamilton is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment to explore options for the future of Sackville Bridge, including replacement, rehabilitation, removal or repurposing.

This Public Information Centre is an opportunity to learn more about the study, ask questions and provide comments.

No decision will be made at this meeting. The study will continue following the PIC, and a final recommendation or decision is not expected immediately.
