The Township of Hamilton invites the community to honor and remember our fallen heroes this Remembrance Day. Join us for one of the commemorative services happening in the Township.

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) will host a public information session in Hamilton Township on Wednesday, November 18, providing residents with an opportunity to learn more about the proposed New Nuclear at Wesleyville Project. The session will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Baltimore Community Centre, located at 23 Community Centre Road.

What matters most to you when it comes to municipal services, infrastructure and spending? Now is your chance to share your thoughts and help shape the Township’s priorities for 2027. Hamilton Township has launched its 2027 Budget Survey, inviting you to share your ideas, identify what matters most to you, and help inform Council’s budget discussions for the year ahead.

Take notice that the Council of the Township of Hamilton will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Township Office at 8285 Majestic Hills Drive to consider proposed application for Zoning By-law Amendment (File Number: ZBA 06/26) that applies to lands located at 4045 Bowman Road,  Part of Lot 18, Concession 6, Hamilton Township, owned by Forty Creek Farms Ltd. (Chris Hoskin).

The Township of Hamilton’s Municipal Clerk has confirmed the results of the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election. The results are available on the Township’s website at hamiltontownship.ca/election-results.

Beginning today, eligible Hamilton Township electors can vote from anywhere online or by telephone. Voting remains open all hours through until 8:00 p.m. on October 26.

The Township is now accepting resumes from qualified applicants  for a casual pool of On-Call Heavy Equipment Operators.
