Minor Variance Application Public Notice - File Number A 13/25

The Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Hamilton has received an application for a minor variance for a parcel of land as follows:

Owners: Patrick and Julie O’Shea

Part of Lot 18, Concession 4,
Township of Hamilton

Assessment Roll Number: 1419-000-060-02110-0000

PURPOSE AND EFFECT:

The applicant is proposing to construct an accessory structure (detached garage) on the property and is seeking relief from:

• Section 9.3.3 e) which permits maximum building height of 4.5 metres (14.8 feet) for an accessory structure (detached garage) where the applicant requires 5.6 metres (18.5 feet)

The Committee will be considering the above noted application at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. taking place in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office located at 8285 Majestic Hills Drive.
