Consent Applications Public Notices - File Numbers B01/26, B02/26, B03/26 & B04/26
The Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Hamilton has received four (4) separate applications to sever a parcel of land as follows:

Location: Mulder Road
Part of Lot 23, Concession 5
Township of Hamilton
The purpose of the applications are to sever an approximately 1.28 ha parcel of land for the creation of a new vacant rural residential lot for Application Files B01/26, B02/26, B03/26 and for Application B04/26 to sever approximately .6 ha for lot addition purposes for lands located at Mulder Road. A key map showing the location of the subject property is located below as well as a copy of each Public Notice.
Additional information regarding this application is available for inspection at the Planning Department at the Township Municipal Office during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm).
The Committee will be considering the above noted applications at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. taking place in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office located at 8285 Majestic Hills Drive.
If a person or public body has the ability to appeal the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent to the Ontario Land Tribunal but does not make written submissions to the Committee of Adjustment before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
If you wish to be notified of the decision of Township of Hamilton Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to Township of Hamilton.
