Notice of Special Council Meeting - November 26, 2025

A Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office, 8285 Majestic Hills Drive, Cobourg, ON.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a motion to move into a Closed Session to discuss matters permitted under Sections 239(2)(b) and 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001. Pursuant to these sections, Council will discuss matters relating to the appointment of an identifiable individual and related labour relations matters.

The open portion of the meeting is open to the public, and any Closed Session discussion will be held in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001.
