Notice of Intent to Pass a Procedural By-law

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of By-Law 2017-57, the Provision of Public Notice Policy, 
the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Hamilton intends to pass a by-law to adopt a new 
Procedural By-law at its regular meeting of Tuesday May 19, 2026.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that Council shall receive written comments from any person who wishes 
to make representations respecting the proposed Procedural By-law received by Director of Corporate 
Services/Municipal Clerk clerks@hamiltontownship.ca on or before MAY 6, 2026.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed Procedural By-law is available by reviewing 
the April 21, 2026 Staff Report. A copy of the proposed Procedural By-law is attached hereto as Appendix 
‘A’
