Notice: Baltimore Recreation Centre Entrance Construction

Residents and facility users are advised that construction work will be taking place at the entrance of the Baltimore Recreation Centre beginning this week. The project will include removal of the existing walkway and installation of a new concrete sidewalk to enhance the safety and accessibility for visitors.

During construction, the entrance to the Baltimore Recreation Centre may be closed. Directional signage will be posted to guide residents safely into the facility, and every effort will be made to minimize disruptions.

Commemorative Bricks

As part of the construction work, the existing commemorative bricks located along the entrance walkway will be removed. All engraved brick names have been carefully documented and will continue to be recognized through a permanent commemorative plaque to be installed in the lobby of the Baltimore Recreation Centre.

Residents who wish to retain their commemorative brick may request to have it returned. Bricks will be available for pick-up at the Recreation Centre.
