Noise By-law Reminders!

A friendly reminder now that the sunny days are here that the Township of Hamilton has in place a Noise By-law. Four key items to please be aware of include.

1. The persistent barking of dogs is always prohibited,
   
   
2. The operation of equipment in connection with construction is prohibited between the hours of 7pm to 7am, Monday to Saturday and all day on Statutory Holidays,
   
   
3. The operation of any grass cutting equipment within 100m of another residential property is prohibited between the hours of 7pm and 7am (9am on Sundays), and
   
   
4. The operation of any electronic device incorporating one or more loudspeakers intended for the production, reproduction, or amplification of sound.
