The Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Hamilton has received an application for a minor variance for a parcel of land as follows:

PURPOSE AND EFFECT:
The applicant is proposing to construct an Additional Residential Unit and detached garage on the property and is seeking relief from:
- Section 5.2 f) ii) to increase the maximum size of the Additional Residential Unit from 98 m2 to 140 m2
- Section 9.3.3 e) to increase the maximum building height of an accessory building (detached garage) from 4.5 metres to 6.85 metres

The Committee will be considering the above noted application at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. taking place in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office located at 8285 Majestic Hills Drive.
