2025 Community Grants Program Open

The Township of Hamilton’s 2025 Community Grants Program is open for applications. Designed to support a more vibrant community by providing project funding to organizations that deliver valuable programs, services, and activities for residents, the Township is looking for your application!

The Community Grants Program aims to enhance the quality of life within the Township by funding projects that have a positive economic impact and demonstrate community responsiveness. Eligible projects should align with one or more of the Township’s Strategic Priorities including people, community, effective governance, environment and development to ensure that funded initiatives contribute meaningfully to the local community.

Organizations interested in applying for a 2025 Community Grant are encouraged to complete the 2025 Community Grant Application. Application deadline has been extended to Friday, October 11, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
