Road closures can happen at any time due to construction, weather, or emergencies. The Township of Hamilton shares road closure notices through Municipal 511, an online tool that provides real-time updates on road conditions across Ontario. We also post updates on our official social media channels.

Road Closure - Hircock Road
Hircock Road Reconstruction The closure will be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with local traffic access only permitted during this time. The closure and project will run from April 27 2026, through the months of May and June.

Township Office Closure Notice - Canada Day
Residents and visitors are advised that the Township Office located at 8285 Majestic Hills Drive will be closed on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 in recognition of Canada Day.
