How to Prepare for Camp

Below you'll find everything you need to know about what to pack, how medications are handled, drop-off and pick-up procedures, and before and after care options to help your camp experience run smoothly.

To help ensure nothing is misplaced or left behind, we recommend labelling all personal belongings.

Please make sure your child brings the following items to camp each day:

  • Nut-free lunch and snacks for both morning and afternoon. We encourage the use of reusable containers and waste-free packaging.
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Bathing suit and towel
  • Hat and sunscreen
  • Indoor shoes (weather permitting)
  • Backpack to carry all items

To keep our camp environment safe, focused, and inclusive, we kindly ask that the following items not be brought to camp:

  • Electronic devices (e.g., phones or tablets)
  • Toys
  • Cameras
  • Money
  • Personal or sentimental items that may be easily lost or damaged

Thank you for your support in helping us create a fun and organized camp experience for everyone!
