Website Update Survey |
The Township of Hamilton is in the process of launching a new website and we need your feedback to ensure it meets the needs of our community! This is an opportunity for residents to directly influence how the website is designed, so it’s user-friendly and provides all the information that matters most. Step 1: Participate in Our Survey - Open Now!We invite all residents to take part in our survey to share what matters most to you when using the Township’s website. Your answers will guide us in designing a website that’s easy to navigate and provides the information that’s most important to you. Whether it’s finding local events, learning how to pay bills, or accessing public services - your voice is crucial! Survey closes Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Step 2: Test Our Website’s NavigationIn the next few weeks, we’ll be launching navigation testing phase. During this phase, you’ll have the opportunity to test how easily you can find important information on the site. This phase will focus specifically on the navigation - how intuitive it is to find key content. Your input here will help us improve the user experience and ensure the website is as accessible and easy to use as possible. Keep an eye out for the navigation testing announcement soon. Why Both Steps MatterThe survey will give us insight into what information is most important to you, while navigation testing will help us improve how easily you can find that information. Together, these two feedback opportunities are essential in making sure the new website works for everyone. We appreciate your time and feedback in both phases! Thank you for helping us build a better website for the Township of Hamilton! |
