Records Analyst (Competition #03-21) 

Reporting to the Municipal Clerk, the Records Analyst will assist with the implementation of the Records and Information Management (RIM) Strategic Plan. The Records Analyst will assist with the development and implementation of RIM policies and procedures, the creation of a physical records inventory, and implementing the disposition process. The Records Analyst will also aid all Township departments and staff as they implement the various components of the RIM Strategic Plan.

Tax Clerk (Competition #02-21)

Reporting to the Treasurer, the Tax Clerk is responsible for the maintenance and supervision of all tax records. The Tax Clerk is responsible for the tax function including all statutory duties required by the Municipal Act and all related Acts and performs all duties as per past practices.
