July 9, 2019 - We are fast approaching our dates for our annual Junior Firefighter Camp. If you are interested in having your children attend please view our flyer.

June 9, 2019 - As part of our on going smoke alarm campaign, the Township of Hamilton Fire Department took to Rice Lake on Sunday. Our marine unit visited islands on Rice Lake checking smoke alarms at cottages and provided fire prevention education materials.

April 1, 2019 - Unstoppable Tracy Visits Township of Hamilton Fire Station #2                                        On Friday March 29, Unstoppable Tracy stopped by Station #2 of the Township of Hamilton Fire Department. Today's Northumberland was there to capture the action.

All Open Air Burning in the Township of Hamilton requires approval by the Chief Fire Official

Burning permits are also available at the Municipal Office

The open air burning by-law will be strictly enforced. Property owners may be subject to service fees or charges for contraventions to the open air burning by-law.
