Camborne, ON – Changes due to COVID-19

March 18, 2020

(Hamilton Twp., ON) –   Mayor Cane said, “We have closed our Municipal Offices, however, staff are returning messages and we are continuing to provide services to our residents as best we can during this difficult time.”

Our office staff, fire department, building and planning departments and public works department are operating with some modifications to keep staff and residents safe.

As you may know, we are unable to offer any services in our Parks and Recreation buildings due to the COVID-19 outbreak and government directives.  The community-based foodbank in Bewdley – Community Works - is continuing to provide some service.

Residents are welcome to contact the department with which they need to do business by telephone or email as many services can be handled remotely. The telephone numbers and email information for our services can be found on the Township of Hamilton website at www.hamiltontownship.ca and general inquiries can be made at (905)342-2810.
