Cold Springs Park Advisory Committee
The Cold Springs Park Advisory Committee has been established, by the Hamilton Township Council, as an advisory body to provide input and recommendations into the operation of the Cold Springs Park including its programs, policies, events and matters of general public and user group interest. The Committee does not have authority as a decision making body as it pertains to the operation of Cold Springs Park, however, it shall advise Council of its recommendations as necessary. The Committee shall endeavor to make recommendations that meet the greater need of Hamilton Township and the Cold Springs Park user groups in a manner which is cost neutral or profitable.
The committee may:

make recommendations on the daily operation of the grounds;

recommend annual budget requirements and to operate within the approved budget;

recommend the usage of the park for commercial events;

recommend acquisition and disposal of capital items;

recommend the development and expenditures of capital funds for the buildings and property;

organize fundraising events for the purpose of raising funds to be used for acquisitions or upgrading of the Park.
